Network Technician
Must have understanding of peer-to-peer /client server networking. Experience
with windows 2000/2003 Active Directory, IIS, VPN, Exchange is preferred. Some
experience with Symantec product line preferred. Troubleshoots problems with
computer systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software, e-mail,
network and peripheral equipment problems; makes repairs and corrections where
required. Makes hardware and software acquisition recommendations including
helping users assess needs and providing justification for equipment and
services.

Computer Technician
Assemble customized computer systems based upon customer specifications;
troubleshoot system components to ensure quality of work. Repair computer
systems and other peripheral equipment; conduct a variety of diagnostic tests to
determine repairs needed; make necessary repairs in a timely basis; communicate
with customer as necessary to determine problem areas and repairs needed.
Perform on-site repair and installation at customer locations. Windows 2000/XP
work environment.
